PHASES, a budding cannabis brand, had attractive visuals but lacked a clear mission and values at its social media launch in 2020. Collaborating in-house, we carved out PHASES' mission, values, and brand positioning, effectively defining it as an accessible premium brand that resonates with a diverse audience, from cannabis novices to connoisseurs.
